All prices on tulsivedic.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was clearly mistaken, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and offer a full refund.

An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. Before completing a purchase you will always see the full price, including shipping, and have the opportunity to review and correct your order.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@tulsivedic.com and we will refund you, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Tulsivedic Herbal Scalp Oil is a cosmetic product intended to nourish and beautify hair and scalp. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always patch-test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or if you have a scalp condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
